A friend recently forwarded to me an article about fat and Christians. The writer linked several applicable Bible scriptures relating to loving the inside of a person. We should all watch our weight for health reasons. Hollywood and Madison Avenue have shaped our views of beauty but in my community “fuffy” babes are attractive to many guys. However, there is a line. “She is three sandwiches from being fat” is what a woman once said about another woman. The other woman replied that the first woman was “sneaky big” herself.

I once had an intern who pledged the loverboy fraternity in Athens. His crew had their picks of the ladies but he wouldn’t date any woman under 200 pounds because he liked “bass in his tunes.” Okay then.
New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is the Republican I would like to see in the White House if Hillary doesn’t run. The big guy knows he is a big guy so he had a medical procedure. He said it was for health concerns but we know he didn’t want size to be a campaign issue. I liked big Christie and I preferred big Luther Vandross to smaller Luther. I hate it when a big sweet girl drops weight and flaunts her new frame as if size was the essence of who she is as a person. The same can be said about those who purchase long hair. When I am a big guy, I date women who like bigger dudes—it’s not rocket science. But, I would never beg doctors to save me if fat put my life at risk; you made your bed, eat in it.
