but the ugly ways and methods of the far Right make the GOP unacceptable for most Blacks
Slyram - Why do you reduce "Black Conservatism" to the "American Political Domain" and the GOP?

I am seeing the need to REJECT the American Political Framing as a necessary first step for the Black Community to regain its consciousness about itself.

Putting aside the veracity of the "Kony - Invisible Kids" movement - were you not struck by the relative PETTINESS that "Black Politics" / "American Politics" is by comparison?

The sad truth is that there is NOTHING on the dashboard of Black American development consciousness today that would have us prepared to offer any structure support to any other diasporatic group around the world. We can't even generate 'organic social justice' within our ranks.

Some times a great loss is necessary to open one's eyes as to his real purpose on this Earth. In our present marginalized focus on American politics - we are heading for a great crash as a people.

I believe that America as a whole has reached a state of wickedness and many of the sage lessons that were handed from our people have been tossed aside. At some point a cultural revitalization will be forced after our present dysfunctional version proves to be unworkable.

Do not let POLITICS high jack you brother. You are a good man.

The ONLY thing that I am fighting (bashing the embedded confidence men) over at this point is for the restoration of INSTITUTIONAL INTEGRITY WITHIN our community.

Though people talk about the damage from stolen culture - they can't bring themselves to see that a culture is CREATED over a long period of trials and tribulations. That body of thought can be destroyed MERELY by one link in the chain having failed (or prevented ) to hand down what he was taught.

It is time for Black people of consciousness to begin to FIGHT to move the coin exchangers out of our sacred temple.

Democrats have been running the poor inner cities for years and where has that gotten those that live there?

It is time for us to start teaching our youth that individual liberty is best achieved through personal responsibility. Teach them that we should all strive for the world that Republican Martin Luther King envisioned with his words that people should "not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."

We need to empower our families and our students with the freedom to choose the school that they'll attend and not be relegated to a failing school due to districting. We need to allow families to hold the schools and teachers accountable for the teaching our children. It is the Democrats and the teachers unions that stand in opposition to this freedom.

he could have been iulcnenfed by Conservatives once he won was right. At least we would have had a better chance influencing McCain than we do Obama now.
